«May 2025» - Mobile Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. The mobile telephony offer "May" from Primetel PLC (hereinafter "Primetel") is valid from April 29, 2025, to May 31, 2025, with a 24-month mobile contract commitment (hereinafter the “Offer”).

  2. Subscribers who take advantage of the Offer will have the opportunity to benefit from the GIGA UNLIMITED or International Traveller mobile plan they choose by receiving either:

    • a. A discount on the monthly fee for the entire duration of their contract, i.e., for twenty-four (24) months, depending on the plan selected,
      or

    • b. A device subsidy and a discount on the monthly fee for the entire duration of their contract, i.e., for twenty-four (24) months, depending on the selected GIGA UNLIMITED or International Traveller plan.

  3. The Offer is exclusively available to:

    • a. New subscribers who transfer an existing active mobile number (contract or prepaid) to any GIGA UNLIMITED or International Traveller mobile plan from Primetel with a 24-month contract commitment, provided they sign their contract at a Primetel store or complete their application online (via the My Primetel App or Primetel’s website: primetel.com.cy).

    • b. New subscribers who register with a new mobile number for any GIGA UNLIMITED or International Traveller mobile plan from Primetel with a 24-month commitment, provided they sign the contract in-store or complete the application online.

  4. It is clarified that for a second or additional registration under the GIGA UNLIMITED or International Traveller mobile plans, the subscriber may benefit from a monthly fee discount depending on the selected plan.
    If the subscriber has already benefited from a device subsidy or a device subsidy and monthly fee discount through this or any other offer during their first subscription, they are not eligible for a second device subsidy or combination benefit.

  5. Subscribers selecting the device subsidy and monthly discount option will be asked to collect the device in-store after service activation, by presenting their ID at the Primetel store where they signed their contract.
    Those who opt for the online device subsidy option through the Primetel website or the My Primetel App will receive their device via courier, following activation.

  6. The Offer is available only to residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Primetel will assess the subscriber’s creditworthiness before any contract is signed. If not deemed satisfactory, the subscriber will not be eligible for this Offer.

  7. The Offer does not include any one-off fees and/or monthly charges resulting from usage or additional upgrades the subscriber may select.

  8. For service activation, the consumer will incur activation and/or registration costs as listed in Primetel’s published price list.

  9. The Offer cannot be combined with other current Primetel mobile offers. However, it can be combined with other current Home Internet and/or TV offers.

  10. After the 24-month contract period, the standard monthly fee stated in the subscriber’s contract will apply.

  11. The General Terms & Conditions for Service Provision (GTC) and the Specific Terms & Conditions for the GIGA UNLIMITED and International Traveller Plans (STC) apply. In case of conflict and/or discrepancy between the GTC/STC and these terms, the provisions of these present terms shall prevail.

  12. In the event of early termination of the Service Agreement before the end of the 24-month period, Primetel’s Early Termination Policy applies. The subscriber must pay, among other things, the proportional remaining value of any device subsidy received. This amount is calculated based on the remaining contract duration relative to the total contract length.
